What is Integrative Health Coaching?

Integrative Health Coaching explores the powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel. It looks at how diet can influence mood, stress, and mental wellbeing, while also recognising that our thoughts, emotions, and daily habits shape the way we eat. This mind–body approach supports a more balanced and compassionate relationship with food, helping you nourish both your physical health and emotional wellbeing.

How I can help?

Through my Integrative Health Coaching, I support clients to reconnect with their bodies, understand their eating patterns, and create sustainable wellbeing through nourishment rather than restriction. In our sessions, we gently explore the connections between stress, digestion, emotions, lifestyle, and food, discovering practical changes that support both mental clarity and physical vitality.

With more than 30 years of experience working with food as a pathway to healing and self-understanding, I offer compassionate guidance and practical nutrition wisdom. My approach invites you to slow down, listen to your body, and rediscover food as a source of balance, pleasure, and lasting wellbeing.
